Comments: 

The first thing you are likely to notice with this mushroom is a spotted or streaked pattern on the cap. Some people refer to it as a patchwork pattern. Either way, it is a cinnamon brown color. Next look at the surface of the stem, directly under the pores. You should see a bunch of dots on the stalk.
