The Mushroom Farm is glad to offer a special bonus to those who choose to repeat business with us. The program is free and easy, and you can redeem your points for free goods after your first order.
- Create a Profile during checkout and you are signed up. No fees, and it works instantly.
- Receive 1 point for every net dollar (after discounts, promotions, taxes, shipping) you spend.
- Redeem 25 points for $1 towards future purchases, including gift certificates.
- Redeem points: 1) During the "Payment Options" on Step 4 of the checkout page, 2) apply points at "Point payment," and 3) save! Use whatever amount you have in your account. NOTE: Purchase total after Loyalty Rewards redemption must be at least $20 to meet minimum order amount.
Equivalent points of returned items will be subtracted from account.
Special Promotions for Members
- Double, Triple Rewards during promotional periods
- Review and Earn! It's easy as 1-2-3! 1) Log into your account, 2) submit reviews for items you purchased from The Mushroom Farm in the past, and 3) recieve 10 points for every approved review. Keep it under 75 words, useful to others (include specifics about pros/cons), and civil. Points are deposited into your account within 3 business days after approval. If you prefer, you may also let us know of your review via Contact Us. Thank you!
- Become a Mushroom Farm Facebook Fan and Earn! Receive 50 points for becoming a Mushroom Farm Facebook Fan. Once you've become a fan: 1) visit the contact us form 2) write, "Facebook Fan," in the subject line, and 3) write, "I'm a Hoosier Mushroom Co. Facebook Fan" in the body. We will then reward your Loyalty Rewards account 50 points within 3 business days. As a fan, you will get updates, fan-only savings codes, and notices of noteworthy Hoosier Mushroom Co. activities.
