Additional Notes on Spawn

We capable of generating a variety of spawn options at our farm to suit any project you are working on. These options include small, medium, and large spawn bags - quart and half gallon grain jars - plugs, sawdust, ect. If you are looking for a specific substrate - such as rye, millet, or birdseed - we can accommodate these requests as well.

Each spawn order is custom-generated at the time the order is placed. Depending upon the time of the year and the distance that the order must be shipped, we recommend overnight or 2-day shipping. The back of a Fedex truck can reach extreme temperatures at certain points in the year, and you will want to limit the amount of time your spawn spends in these conditions. We will guarantee that, at the time the order is shipped, your spawn is clean and viable. Any replacement requests for spawn must be made within 48 hours of the shipment arriving. We will only offer a replacement of spawn if the request is made during this time.

There are no instructions included with these spawn options, as it is assumed that you already know the proper procedures for its use. We will gladly offer advice for the use of any of these products. Just give us a call.
